Recruiting Coordinator

Adecco is currently assisting one of our clients in the West Hills looking for a Recruiting Coordinator for a nutritional manufacturing company.  This is a long-term contract position; however, you will earn great experience working for a great company.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and tracking recruiting efforts. Responsibilities for this Recruiting Coordinator position include, but are not limited to:

  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
  • Manage candidate application process through preboarding, including screening and background checks.
  • Ensure Applicant Tracking System accuracy for reporting and tracking.
  • Partner with HR to ensure orientation and onboarding processes are seamless.

    To be considered for this Recruiting Coordinator position, you
     

  • Foundational HR knowledge, including recruiting.
  • Proficient in computer programs, such as Outlook, Microsoft Office, HR systems and recruiting software.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working in HR or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
