Global Executive Researcher/Recruiter – (B3)

Location: Open US RemoteOverviewThe Executive Recruiting team is part of the Global Talent Acquisition organization.

The primary focus of our team is to support the executive talent needs of the Company by going direct to the candidate market.

We operate like an internal executive search firm, delivering searches, named approaches, market mapping., competitor intelligence and talent advisory services to our clients.

The Global Executive Researcher/Recruiter will support the executive recruiting process, providing a proactive sourcing and market intelligence service to the team and to other HR stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesYou will be well-versed in all aspects of executive research and sourcing including creative/tech savvy candidate identification, competitor org mapping and collecting and presenting relevant talent market intelligence.

You will be confident in presenting candidate ideas and research themes both verbally and via clear, impactful decks.

Able to quickly understand the skillsets and business domain required by a search and quickly translate that to relevant candidate generation.

Additionally, the role will require you to Support TA & HR stakeholders to identify, plan and implement sourcing strategies for single searches or pipelining for multiple needs Identify high-quality executive talent not just for current open roles but for the long-term benefit of the company relating to our diverse representation goals Be proficient with multiple online sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter as well as broader online research leveraging Boolean search strings, etc Develop pipelines of external prospects and approach, qualify, and evaluate in partnership with the Lead Executive Recruiter and/or Country HR Leadership.

Constantly look to move the needle on diversity, ensuring candidate slates are as representative as possibleRequired Skills Ideally a minimum of five years in research/sourcing role including two years of executive level experience A mixture of experience between executive search firms as well as within corporate executive recruiting teams is ideal Ability to work in a fast paced and complex organization across multiple client projects in parallel.

Strong prioritization and time management skills, self-directed and result-oriented Experience of multiple sourcing tools & techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter & Boolean Creative, wide reaching research skills particularly with focus on diversity slating Must have a deeply ingrained sense of what quality resume/work history looks like and understand the many complex requirements of executive level roles The gravitas and ability to communicate with senior executives and demonstrate world class customer service, the executive recruiting team prides itself on its white glove service Ability to take constructive feedback and use it effectively A mature, positive, intellectually curious, and detailed orientated attitude Strong project management and presentation skills; strong communicator both verbally and written, proficient in creating clear presentations Ability to collaborate among team members and business partners; contribute ideas, opinions, and market intelligence to support a common goalDesired Skills Previous in-house executive recruitment experience Previous experience in technology or semiconductors Experience working in an HR Transformation environment Bachelor’s DegreeQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s DegreeSkillsCertifications:Languages:Years of Experience:4
