Human Resources Generalist

Overview: The HR Generalist assists the Human Resources Department with all aspects of HR.

Assists with employee relations, policies and procedures, new employee orientation, evaluation process, rideshare program, leave of absence and payroll.

Completes general clerical functions: filing, typing, and answering phones.

Demonstrates efficiency in routine answering and referral of phone calls or provides assistance as required.

Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is preferred (sufficient experience could substitute for degree).

Three years experience in Human Resources is required.

Focus on CA labor Law plus experience in health care HR is preferred.

Must have good written and oral communication skills.

Must have proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
