Gpac, a family-owned executive search firm, is looking for a highly motivated individual to partner with as an Executive Search Consultant. Our company was founded nearly 30 years ago and has become one of the largest, Permanent placement search firms in the country. We offer the option to work 100% remotely or in one of our Sioux Falls, Phoenix, or Nashville office locations.

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset
- Effective negotiation skills
- A business-related degree is preferred but not required
- Can effectively build relationships
- Willingness to be coached and follow a proven system
- Must be up to date in technical skills and working at a computer with a dual-screen monitor
- Need access to a sound internet connection
