About the Opportunity:
We are looking to add a professional, personable, and passionate individual to our Field Ops Team.  This position is a field-driven position and requires someone who loves meeting and interacting with different people on a daily and weekly basis.  This position will expose you to a variety of IT Technology, Healthcare Information Technology, Project Management, Customer Service, HIPPA, Compliance Rules and Regulations, EHR Systems, Data Center Support, and Operations. This position will support the Denver CO and surrounding area, while providing support during acquisitions when needed.   

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of IT Field Experience or other related experience

  • In-depth Knowledge of Windows skills, network basics, Citrix, Active Directory, and Microsoft applications.

  • MUST be customer service and performance-driven.

  • Nigh-level written and spoken communication skills

  • Needs to work independently but also be a good team player

  • Excellent decision making, problem solving, and research skills are required

  • Professional dress and demeanor are expected

  • Excellent working knowledge of computers, networks, email, and Microsoft Office

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a wide variety of IT related job duties. Everything from implementing and deploying new hardware, setting up infrastructure, and providing support at newly acquired and existing entities on an independent basis to resetting passwords and tracking requests in our ticketing system

  • Must have a high level of accountability to ensure network installations are done correctly and operations are properly supported.

  • Field Ops must build rapport with the facilities they support as well as with inter-department personnel.

  • Good analytical skills to make assessments about system and network resource usage, to know when to escalate problems, and to accurately determine incident scope and impact.

  • This is not a comprehensive list of job duties, as they often vary from day to day! You may be asked  to perform any other related duties and responsibilities that may become necessary to ensure that the needs of the organization and computer users are met.

**This is NOT a remote position – applicants need to reside in the(Los Angeles/Ventura County and Surrounding Metro Areas)

Working Conditions:
This position requires extensive local travel (75%+), must be able drive distances of up to 4 hours as needed. Monthly, or as needed, air travel is also necessary in this position. Could be gone for up to two weeks at a time if needed. Most work is performed in office areas, basements, network rooms (MDF/IDF), Telco Rooms, and other storage areas. This is a salaried position and some non-regular hours as well as weekends and holidays may be necessary in specific situations. We support 24/7 operations. This position does pose some risk of injury from falls, burns from equipment, odors, exposed to dust, disinfectants, hazardous chemicals, tobacco smoke, and other air contaminants
