Facebooks Global Attract Team is seeking an Event Marketer to manage and execute diversity focused recruitment marketing efforts as part of our employment brand strategy.

In this role, you will develop event marketing campaigns that position Facebook as a great place to work and authentically communicate our unique culture to attract top underrepresented talent.This is a creative and qualitative marketing role that develops and manages live and virtual event activations in partnership with Early Career recruiting and hiring leaders.

This position is highly collaborative and requires strong partnership to identify solutions to support recruiting and branding goals.

Optimism, problem solving, marketing insights and the ability to successfully navigate ambiguity is a must.

Required Skills:

Builds integrated and inbound, multi-channel (online and in-person) events and experiences that are boldly focused on improving the events engine through better targeting, spend, content, logistics, tactics, engagement, follow-through, management, etc.

Drives a candidate centric approach and positively impacts the candidates experience, consideration and engagement across all experiential elements

Takes feedback, input and direction to consult and develop effective event strategies that are inclusive, engaging, innovative and memorable to achieve the organizational, brand and campaign goals

Drives cross-functional partnerships across multiple recruiting pipelines, hiring teams and diversity ecosystem stakeholders to ensure consistent successful event and branding processes

Manages and implements events including planning, program management, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, speaker outreach and prep, logistics, curation and development content, marketing and other core elements to successfully meet event objectives by executing events and experiential campaigns

Owns the events budget, calendar, team communications and briefings, plus the post-event reporting and analysis for specific recruiting pipelines

Maps overall success and maximize ROI of events by consistently evaluating metrics, providing insight-based recommendations for actions to continue refining strategy and approach

Champions diversity and inclusion internally and externally by approaching programming with diversity, equity and inclusion in mind

Traveling 25-30%

Minimum Qualifications:

6+ years of experience across events and/or marketing and event marketing

Proven skills in event marketing and management, project execution and strategy analysis

Demonstrated success with leading initiatives geared towards underrepresented and early in career talent communities that resulted in positive business outcomes

Knowledge of producing high quality integrated event experiences from small events to large scale productions

Self-directed and possess communication skills

Time management and experience working across concurrent priorities

Creative and data-driven approach to solving problems and confident with synthesizing data and making recommendations

Organizational skills with great attention to detail and thorough follow-up

Consultative skills and experience in effectively influencing and collaborate with interdepartmental

Operational with an eye for developing processes, resources that achieve team effectiveness

Experience navigating ambiguity

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe Photoshop, Keynote, Outlook, Marketing Tools, etc.
