About the opportunity
The Corporate Recruiter will support hiring for Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Finance, People, and Talent, working closely with hiring managers and other company leaders to deliver against hiring goals.
This hire will be a key factor in helping the Ontra Talent team meet hiring goals as we look to double the company size (again!) this coming year.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a hyper-scale environment and wanting to work closely with Director and VP-level hiring managers.
You will be the subject matter expert on your assigned roles, integrating closely with your teams to understand their hiring needs, providing insight on market trends, and developing creative ways to attract and engage talent.

The Corporate Recruiter will report directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, and location is flexible.
This role is fully remote and will remain so.
What you’ll do
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: own candidate lifecycle and ensure a smooth, efficient and positive candidate experience
- Pipeline Building: work closely with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition as well as the Sourcing function to drive candidate pipeline; utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Interseller, referral campaigns, and other methods to engage top talent
- Relationship Management: act as a partner, consultant, and adviser to our hiring managers by developing and driving recruiting strategies in highly competitive markets; build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand our vision, culture, and business in order to identify and hire talent that will thrive in our environment
- Employer Brand : partner with Talent and Marketing as well as external partners to develop content to drive inbound qualified candidates across multiple mediums; identify creative ways to reach target candidate audiences for your assigned roles
- Market Landscape: stay up to date on market trends and candidate attraction strategies to support and inform recruiting strategies
What you’ll bring
- Experience: at least 2 years of recruiting experience; experience in business development, career services, sourcing, and/or recruitment coordination is a plus
- Tech Savvy: Experience working with and a desire to learn new recruiting technologies and tools (e.g., Greenhouse or similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and GSuite)
- Communication: Ability to effectively connect, engage, and communicate with stakeholders across the business as well as candidates of all levels
- Creative: Ability to think strategically, intuitively solve problems, and adapt quickly to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- People-oriented: Excited about a role that’s all about connecting with others and building relationships throughout the hiring process
- Competitive & goal-motivated: driven by deadlines and energized by meeting targets
