– 5:00pm Industry: Retail/Construction Benefits: Health, Dental, 401k, Vacation time, Sick time and Holiday’s Responsibilities: Efficiently and effectively assist with filling open positions while building a pool of qualified candidates where we have offices Collaborates with the hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts for hard-to-fill roles including; assessing candidate information, review resumes, prescreen candidates and coordinate interviews Performs full-cycle recruitment activities for all applicable entities including; posting, sourcing, creating job offer, and conducting the required pre-employment screenings Proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media, state employment agencies, professional associations, and employee referral programs Creates and maintains recruitment tracking, budget forecast, and position control reports Seeks approvals for unbudgeted positions and addresses discrepancies with the hiring manager Coordinates and conducts new-hire onboarding activities and presentations Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and best practices related to recruitment, hiring and employment Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; maintaining rapport Effectively creates and maintains relationships with external recruiters for both direct hire, contract, and temporary placement positions Job Qualifications: Must have 1 years of full cycle recruitment experience Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
