This Human Resources Position Features:We have a position available for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department.
Candidate will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
The main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents and updating internal databases.
Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner and ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to California labor laws.
Must be organized, able to prioritize, and must have good communicative and relationship building skills, as you will work with various people across the organization.

requests and provide relevant informationCoordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars as neededPost job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumesPrepare reports for internal communications; Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding and training programs to new employees.Facilitate agency orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining agency policies; Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days offAssist with employee leave process; such as sick and maternity leavePrepare and amend HR documents as needed, i.E.
employment contracts and recruitment guides; Help in payrollmanagement, preparation and paymentWith the guidance of the executive leadership team, review and renew company policies and legal compliance; Communicating with external partners; Being point of contact for employees on any HR related queries; Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.E.
