Responsibilities for Senior Recruiter/Recruiter REMOTE:
· Manage recruitment activity for company, focusing on sourcing and scheduling, and assisting in other key areas of the recruitment cycle including screening through to managing offers and onboarding.
· Build excellent partnerships with the people team and hiring managers, to ensure company effectively meets their recruitment goals and are confident in identifying the skills and attitudes needed.
· Contribute ideas to iterate the recruitment process including what sourcing channels we use, the selection process, how we advertise, and much, much more.
· You will be a standalone US Senior Recruiter but benefit by being part of a global People & Recruiting Team.
· You will have experience in a similar role, working autonomously and proactively to take ownership of the end to end recruitment process and streamlining this through the ATS (Lever), managing pipeline of candidates and internal stakeholders.
· You will have developed and owned employer branding for a start-up or SME and will bring ideas and suggestions on how we can strengthen the brand in the US and globally.

You will also support any Recruiting Training efforts to ensure managers are fully enabled to conduct interviewing discussions with the right tools and techniques.Requirements for Senior Recruiter/Recruiter REMOTE:2 years of In-house/corporate recruiting experience (with start-up exposure preferred).Proven experience in hiring across Sales, Customer & Marketing functionsWell-versed with a variety of sourcing techniques including, but not limited to: LinkedIn Recruiter, Advanced Boolean Search strings & X-ray searchesExperience supporting and managing C-level partners and stakeholdersComfortable with ATS platforms and reporting toolsInternational hiring experience preferred
