Human Resource Business Partner

Los Angeles, CA

First years’ total compensation up to $125k

Reporting to Director, Human Resources based in US, this individual will be a strong HR professional, effective communicator, knowledge and experience with California labor laws, be a creative problem solver and a true business partner, who can help the company meeting its strategic and operational objectives through effective management of its human resources. This role could lead to a corporate level role in 24-36 months.

  • 4-year degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Ideally this person has 5+ years of experience, with some supervisory exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience in navigating California State labor law.

· Acts as an expert for the Western Region related to full spectrum human resource matters with an in depth understanding of California labor laws.

  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, as well as monitoring and assuring the company’s compliance with existing and forthcoming federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
