Payroll Data Entry Analyst

DescriptionHow I will contributeAs a Payroll Data Entry Analyst you are a part of our software implementation team
– working side by side new clients to successfully set up our Asure Human Capital Management (HCM) Software Solution.

You own all things data
– extracting, navigating, maintaining, and organizing, information from various data bases across multiple sources.

Discovering what data is needed and how to configure for an accurate upload from our client’s existing data sources into our software system.

You are responsible for a seamless transfer of data supporting the initial phases of the implementation process.

Your attention to detail and accuracy are key to a successful implementation and support our best in class client experience.

You are responsible for data collections projects, working with various HCM systems to gather human resources and payroll related data elements/files.Converting data elements/files into Asure’s standard HCM templates via export or data entry.Verify that the data element totals you are converting match source file.Support Implementations Specialists on questions they have about the data to help validate the accurate information.

What I will bringMinimum of 1 year of professional experience, preferably in a service bureau environment (SBO).Excel skills and experience
– Intermediate to advanced including experience with V-lookup, pivot tables, etc.Knowledge of database systems and how to export datasets.A reporting and analytical mindset.Able to properly handle client confidential information.Desire to serve clients and deliver best in class service for their HCM needs.Ability to perform under tight deadlines and a variety of scenarios

Your skills in presenting and writing information clear and effectively.A collaborative mindset that supports overall client success.

Self-motivated and a curiosity to learn new things.
