Therapists are responsible for the following:
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy to clients ages 3 99.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and work collaboratively with clients to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Manage client crises and establish safety plans, when necessary.
- Maintain client charts by completing and filing clinical documentation within 24 hours.
- Attend trainings on and off-site to ensure best practices are being used with clients.
- Participate in weekly individual and group supervision.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings with Case Managers and the Psychiatrist, as needed.
- Provide linkage and referral as needed to clients ending treatment.
- Display professional behavior with staff and clients at all times and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients in the residential setting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Master’s (Required)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred)
