Therapist

Therapists are responsible for the following:

  • Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy to clients ages 3 99.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and work collaboratively with clients to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Manage client crises and establish safety plans, when necessary.
  • Maintain client charts by completing and filing clinical documentation within 24 hours.
  • Attend trainings on and off-site to ensure best practices are being used with clients.
  • Participate in weekly individual and group supervision.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings with Case Managers and the Psychiatrist, as needed.
  • Provide linkage and referral as needed to clients ending treatment.
  • Display professional behavior with staff and clients at all times and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients in the residential setting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Master’s (Required)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Preferred)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred)
