We’re looking for someone to join our team as a Sr.

Physician Recruiter at our multiple Los Angeles County hospitals
– Glendale, Simi Valley and White Memorial Hospital.

This position is responsible for all provider recruitment functions within a designated region, including: outreach visits, conference attendance, initial contact, internet sourcing, reference checks, and building relationships with physician and APP candidates.

Recruiter works in close collaboration with other recruiters, managers and provider services teams throughout Adventist Health.

This position will be responsible for ensuring a continual pipeline of high quality, excellent provider candidates and maintaining provider retention strategies

.This role will support physician and provider recruitment for three hospitals.

Adventist Health Ukiah Valley, Adventist Health Howard Memorial, and Adventist Health Mendocino Coast.

The role can be based out of any of the locations. 

Essential Functions:

Performs all sourcing functions in account service areas including: outreach visits, advertising/marketing, initial contact, reference checks, orchestrating visits and finalizing relationships to meet provider needs for these service areas.

Guides all provider recruitment activities in a manner that conforms to applicable laws.

Recruits within legal and corporate guidelines Maintains working knowledge of all service area account specific affiliated practice opportunities.

Actively sources and recruits physicians in support of all ministries (employed and private practice), in the community, including cold/warm calling prospects and candidates Tracks and reports on month-end results in CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems Performs other job-related duties as assigned

You’ll be successful with the following qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred Degree in Human Resources, Management, or health-related field: Preferred
Work Experience:
Five years relevant experience: Preferred
Required Licenses/Certifications:
Membership in ASPR or NAPR: Preferred
