In this role, you be responsible for executing and managing program initiatives that are aligned with the company’s vision and strategic goals.

This includes successfully leading a team to meet client deliverable expectations and effectively communicating with external partners with high levels of professionalism and customer service If you are a self-starter, goal-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we are looking for youPrimary Responsibilities and DutiesProgram Execution and Management Oversight of launch and scale of program, working alongside internal Project Managers and development team, and leading the Program team.Continuously improve the program incorporating feedback from customers, evaluating performance, goal progress, and aligning to the business strategy.Oversight of customer support services and client service fulfillment, and handling of escalationsDefine and monitor performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.Facilitate communication and project status updates for management, partners, business owners, executive sponsor, and project team.

Monitor and ensure the timeliness and quality of work provided by internal staff and vendors to meet performance goals.

Work collaboratively with executive leadership to create plans to develop and execute new lines of business.Business DevelopmentOversight of assessments to identify physician practice strength, weakness, opportunities, threats.

Oversight of marketing and sales opportunities, determining ROI and other metrics for business decision process.Oversight of the design and delivery of pitches, proposals, demos, and contracting.Client/Partner Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain relationships with clients and project stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact.Management of provider relationships, satisfaction, and customer support.People Management/LeadershipLeader for company cultural anchors (healthy, humble, hungry, ability to execute)Manage and train team that is responsible for practice coaching, client relationship management and customer supportStay current on healthcare industry trends, understanding TeamPraxis’ service offerings and client needs.

Ability to consult to high-level decisions regarding service offerings.

Other Duties as assignedRequired QualificationsEmbodies TeamPraxis’ cultural anchors: Healthy, Humble, Hungry, and Ability to ExecuteBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required2 years of direct healthcare experience or equivalent Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities and experience working with high-level executives and physicians.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Excellent time management skills, able to manage multiple projects.Ability to be agile in an innovative working environment and possess problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Exhibits behavior and performs job in a manner which supports TeamPraxis’ visions and core cultural values of Humble, Hungry, Healthy and Ability to Execute.Comfortable with computer use including but not limited to email, project management software, and video conferencing toolsMust have reliable access to a four wheeled automobile for use in the performance of duties.Must have valid driver’s license issued within the United State and personal automobile insurance.

Project management experienceCompetency in physician office workflows and functions.

This includes knowledge of healthcare industry trends, basic understanding of health information technology, practice redesign, payment reform, and care management.

– 5:00pm, Monday-Friday (Flex schedule available upon manager approval)
