Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior government transactional associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience.
The candidate will be assisting the firm’s public agency clients.
Will be researching and writing, reviewing and drafting contracts, drafting policies and resolutions, analyzing issues, and advising clients.
Background should demonstrate an interest in government and community affairs.
Must have some experience in handling legal issues the clients address on a regular basis, such as competitive bidding and procurement, public works contracting, alternative project delivery, transparency and open meeting laws, conflict of interests, rate setting, including Proposition 218 analysis.
