Our work life is flexible and nimble. When we are fortunate enough to be together in person, we work in a centrally located office in the heart of downtown San Francisco. We have large desks in an open, creative office space, and a well-appointed kitchen with healthy snacks. Brian makes a great pot of coffee (dark roast). Justin keeps the Nespresso well stocked and treats the espresso machine like it’s his baby.

We like to socialize and we truly enjoy each other’s company. We have a “social chair” who coordinates out-of-office events, and as things normalize, we are resuming our regular in-person all-day team meetings where we chart our path forward together.

Office-wide, our projects include hospitality-driven medical offices for next-generation practices, commercial interior and ground-up design, and high-end single family residential projects. Recent and current projects include multiple sites for a next-generation women’s health clinic, a commercial farm-to-restaurant development in Hudson Valley, NY, and a modern home renovation in Noe Valley.
