MMA is seeking a licensed Project Architect with 8-10 or more years experience in a design-oriented office with expertise in leading project teams from design through construction.
Qualified candidates must have significant experience in project management, construction administration, contract negotiations, budget review, building codes, and client interface.
Experience working with jurisdictional agencies and coordination with multi-disciplinary consultants is essential.
Must have experience in multiple types of projects from high end residential to commercial, educational, and institutional projects.
Must have strong leadership, verbal, and graphic skills, work well in a collaborative environment, and be willing to mentor junior staff.
Required skills: ACAD, Revit, BIM, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
