Interior Designer

< Div><P> We are looking for an experienced residential interior designer to join our team with at least 3+ years experience.

This role will collaborate with the Principal designer on a large residential project (travel required) and with other team members throughout the construction and furnishing process.

Strong knowledge of the construction process and collaborating with skilled artisans and tradespeople.< /p><P>< /p><P>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:< /p><Ul> <Li>Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft office.

Ivy experience preferred but not required.< /li></ul> <Ul><Li> Develop construction/material schedules< /li></ul> <Ul><Li> Sourcing and selecting materials for construction and interior furnishings (lighting, finishes, tile, plumbing, etc.)< /li></ul> <Ul><Li> Create, expedite, and correspond on all purchase orders for vendors
– including requesting CFA’S and fabric reserves< /li></ul> <Ul><Li> Create client proposals & budgets< /li></ul> <Ul><Li> Correspond and coordinate with numerous vendors/trades throughout the project to ensure final products are accurate< /li></ul> <Ul><Li> Be able to think creatively and have a good design eye< /li></ul> <Ul><Li> Attention to detail a must and the ability to multi-task< /li></ul> <Ul><Li> Highly organized and self-proficient to complete tasks in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment< /li></ul> <Ul><Li> Ability to be resourceful, research and problem solve< /li></ul> </div>< P></p>
