We are seeking a Graphic Designer who is a highly motivated creative dedicated to overseeing Lord Jones digital and print media.

In this role, you will help develop and define our brand identity as it is broadcast to consumers, internal teams and business partners.

You will be tasked with leading the design and creation of our graphic assets and maintaining brand consistency across multiple platforms and social media channels.

In this role, you will be instrumental in the brand s overall success, pushing boundaries and helping to de-stigmatize and normalize cannabis.

Responsibilities Design & Production Conceptualize and develop graphic assets from initial concept to finalized art including brand logos and icons, print and digital advertising, media campaigns, marketing collateral, presentations, website images and videos.

Maintain working knowledge of trends in branding, visual communication and emerging technologies and utilize in creation of visual assets.

Develop a library of high-quality, cohesive branded assets for individual products to be utilized in marketing and public relations pitches.

Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills required to present creative assets by targeted deadlines.

Execute in a fast-paced and fluid environment while constantly striving to improve upon the creative process.

Work with sales team to forecast resourcing needs and create timelines for project schedules.

Document and manage all company design assets and materials.

Work with vendors to ensure all printed materials meet quality standards.

Retouch, resize and finalize photography assets for digital and/or print use.

Brand Strategy Aid senior management in brainstorming, developing and advancing brand identity through digital and print material.

Maintain brand identity across multiple platforms and customer touchpoints while successfully integrating new creative ideas on an evolving basis.

Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.

Collaborate with internal design, e-commerce, public relations and sales teams to ensure that brand vision remains cohesive.

Prepare and present updated design blueprints to senior management based on feedback.

Create guidelines for development, application and rollout of design initiatives.

Skills & Requirements Minimum of a BA/BS degree in design or a related field from premiere design school.

Current portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of modern design aesthetic and skillful use of typographic details and style.

High level of technical proficiency with industry standard design tools (e.g.

Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Sketch).

Understanding of how to prepare files for optimal use both online and in print.

Premier video editing and web design skills a plus.

Self-motivated with the time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects on an ever-evolving timeline.

Experience in and/or passion for content creation within the health/wellness/beauty industries.

Strong strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing and customer-service oriented.
