The analyst will be assigned to a team or teams and have a close working relationship with all employees of the Firm.< Br><Br> <B>Experience / Education Requirements:< /b><Br> <Ul><Li> Bachelor’s degree (B.

A.) from a four-year College or University< /li><Li> Technical skills using Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite< /li></ul> <B>Responsibilities:< /b> The analyst supports your teams with client/prospect presentation materials, reports, and more.

The following is a list of specific responsibilities:< Br><Ul> <Li>Construct financial models, prepare standard presentation materials, and produce customized analysis/presentations for complicated account structures.< /li><Li> Understand, researching,and providing information to Advisors regarding prospects and clients’ current portfolio structure and investments.< /li><Li> Create and produce multi-manager performance reports.< /li><Li> Research and provide information about products such as mutual funds, separate accounts, and alternative investments.< /li><Li> Reallocate client portfolios and interface with operations and product teams to reflect advisor decisions in client portfolios.< /li><Li> Gain knowledge of processes and operational procedures related to client investing.< /li><Li> Maintain marketing materials for us (e.G., proprietary strategies, multi-manager, stock market balance sheet, index returns page, pitch-book materials).< /li><Li> Construct risk-reward analyses, run Monte Carlo simulations, and perform manager performance analyses on Morningstar Direct.< /li><Li> Complete Special/Firm projects as assigned (e.G., research manager returns, committee support, staff meeting support)< /li><Li> Achieving complete understanding of the markets, investment strategies offered at our company, and more.< /li><Li> Understanding of principles, practices, and regulatory requirements of the Firm.< /li></ul> <B>Qualifications: You should have the following attributes:< /b><Br> <Ul><Li> High degree of personal integrity and high personal work ethic, coupled with the ability to earn and inspire respect and confidence among peers, team members, and senior management.< /li><Li> Aggressiveness in meeting commitments.< /li><Li> Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and navigate organizational structures with sensitivity and finesse.
