Training Needs Analysis: Assess training requirements and tailor our educational offerings to meet diverse learning needs. Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively. Course Development: Drive the development of new courses, from conception to execution, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Resource Development: Create various learning artifacts such as job aids, user guides, and PowerPoint presentations to enhance the learning experience. Course Maintenance: Regularly update existing courses to keep content relevant and engaging. Evaluation and Feedback: Develop and administer course evaluations and surveys to gather feedback and improve learning outcomes. Multimedia Expertise: Leverage your video editing skills to enhance the educational content. Technical Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Azure DevOps (ADO), Articulate 360, Adobe Experience Manager, and Vyond to create impactful learning experiences.
