First Media?s Performance Marketing (Direct Response) team is a performance-first marketing division at a fast-paced, millennial women’s lifestyle company.

rather than having the data work for us. This means we are constantly looking at Facebook performance to optimize and streamline creative decisions to give our direct-to-consumer clients the best chance of success in the marketplace to grow their client-base.

We never settle for “good enough” and react in real-time to make creative decisions and leverage how the world responds to our creative to make it even better.

We?re looking for Creative Strategists (all levels, Jr.-Mid-Sr.) to join our Los Angeles team (remote OK!) The ideal candidate has past success in the direct-to-consumer space, ideally with CPG and UGC.

Responsibilities * Data Analysis: Aggregate and synthesize Facebook Ads Manager data and apply what the metrics are saying to give the client creative that will move the needle and capture the right audience* Strategize: Interpret data reflecting consumer behavior across the paid social ecosystem to iterate existing videos, continually optimizing performance across multiple metrics* Creative Storytelling: Ideate and script your video concepts in a clear voice to tell a specific story about a product to a specific audience, scaling what works well and nixing what doesn’t* Project management: Work across brands and clients with a team of directors, editors and producers.

Able to juggle 5 concepts in pre-production at the same time as 6 other projects in post-production.* Win: Make informed decisions to capture an audience and convert them to customers Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a strongly related field or equivalent experience.* 2+ years experience using Facebook Ads Manager* A portfolio of digital content you have helped create (or created yourself), and the ability to talk about the strategy that informed each piece in the portfolio* 3+ years experience in Entertainment marketing, advertising or content creation* 3+ years of experience as creative builder and maker of stories* Combination of excellent conceptual and copywriting skills* Able to combine streamlined copywriting and visual narratives into one medium* Paid social or direct response work examples, especially in the entertainment space* Facebook and Instagram product knowledge required, YouTube a big plus* Ability to bring ideas to life on a white board, big stage presentation, or finished content First Media is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
