You have a great eye for design and believe in creating beautiful interfaces that are also intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs.ResponsibilitiesLead the efforts to establish and document our team’s point of view on UI and interactions to elevate our digital brand across app and web Champion the evolution of our design language for our digital platform, including micro-interactionsCreate engaging and usable interactions for user through product development while identifying flaws and area of improvementAnticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them.Manage and prioritize a workload on multiple projects from concept to completionWork alongside UX designers, researchers, engineers and product managers to ensure that we’re solving the right problem, the right waySolve unique UI/UX problems in a compressed time frame while balancing the needs of the business and the constraints of the medium.Requirements4 years of experience working on a wide range of UX/UI projects, from idea to completionExpert knowledge of the design process and the product lifecycle Experience developing designs for a variety of creative projects including end-to-end user experiences, UI design, micro-interactions and documentationAbility to take a strategic design approach factoring in user research, user test findings and technical capabilities to inform the user interface solutionExpert knowledge in with FigmaYou’re comfortable with autonomy and are a self-starter who can provide leadership to multiple projects with minimal oversightSolid presentation skills.
