As a Senior Designer, you are hands on providing strong conceptual thinking, solid design skills and expertise in Mac design programs. Push the boundaries of creative excellence and ensure the delivery of required results. You have the ability to work with members of the creative department as well as team members from other core departments in order to achieve client satisfaction. About You
You execute creative concepts that are on strategy across all media channels. You design experience in both digital and traditional mediums as well as integrated and ambient environments.
You generate breakthrough ideas and constantly strive for new, better, more innovative solutions, and create and build high-concept, revolutionary ideas.
You must be able to push the accepted—internally and with clients, and serve as a “right-hand” to the Creative Director. You will partner with different account managers to adapt brands. You manage workflow efficiently and take responsibility for timing and delivery.
Additionally, you develop great work within guidelines and budget of the assignment, and can work collaboratively with creative partners, members of creative and core departments.
You are able sell work internally and to clients, and work with a variety of formats and materials to bring the concept to life. You work in an AGILE, sprint structure, and stay current with changes in technology and demonstrate technical competence.
You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience in a boundary erasing advertising / marketing environment.
- Must have a strong portfolio primarily of produced work and some spec work.
- Clear & articulate team communication & relationship building
- Demonstrates an informed and thoughtful POV
- Proactively tracks trends in business and market place relevant to Client business
- Must demonstrate a strong sense of design.
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess the knowledge of a variety of Macintosh related programs.
