The designer works with internal and external partners to develop course materials, ensures consistency of all training content across the organization to confirm language, content, and context are all appropriate and help to strengthen the CircusTrix brands.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter who has a strong passion in delivering quality and creative training materials in different modalities.Roles and Responsibilities:Collaborate with subject matter experts from different departments to develop training materialsReview, edit and format training materials to ensure content and formatting consistency across all learning platformsProofread and edit their own work and work of others to improve quality, readability, consistency, and effectiveness of training materials and to ensure brand standardsWrites training curriculum for new innovations, products, services, promotions, and field training that can be delivered in multiple training modalitiesRegularly maintains and updates course content based on quality reviews and feedback from field trainers, learners, Franchise Owners & Park Managers, program surveys, Operations team, and other functional areasManages multiple projects with competing prioritiesExperience developing blended (both instructor-led and technology-based content) learning curriculum within learning management systemsWorks closely with internal business stakeholders, as well as other members of the training team, to ensure materials and online programs are developed for all training initiativesManage the development and resources utilized for the integration of all content into the program to include graphics, illustrations, activities, case studies and simulationsResearch and apply emerging technology and concepts to training initiativesCreate eLearning modules to support business needsManage the LMS learning platform; admin, site design, content created for respective brands.Assist in virtual training delivery and learner admin functions.Desired Experience & Qualifications:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in instructional design and eLearning course development, including needs assessment, curriculum development, storyboarding, script writing, course publishing, and evaluation.Degree in Instructional Design, Education or a related field is preferredTechnical writing or training experiences preferredProficient with Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite productsWell-versed in graphic design, eLearning multimedia productionExperience with enterprise learning management systemsExperience with eLearning authoring software (Articulate 360 is preferred)Able to travel up to 10% #CIRC1
