Overview: Music Tech platform Beatclub founded by legendary producer Timbaland is looking for great creative people.

Beatclub is the premier platform for artists, producers, and songwriters to buy and sell beats, acappellas, demos, samples, and loops.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing, Graphic Design, Modern Art, Music Business or related field Minimum of 5 years experience as Creative Director or related position Experience leading a creative team and interacting with senior leadership Demonstrable history of people management and development Excellent creative and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and planning skills A high level of initiative, self-direction, and accountability for actions required Must be detail-oriented, organized, and can multitask Must understand how to use and drive engagement on all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter Preferably has strong understanding using Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other prominent editing software Primary Responsibilities: Build, lead, and manage the creative team in all Beatclub Marketing Initiatives.

Plan, execute and report on design projects relating to the launch of the Beatclub platform Review all creative activity at Beatclub, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines Maintain in-house style guide for branding, typefaces, and styling rules Provide guidance to the content team, engineering, and other departments around user experience, format, and branding consistency Present progress on creative initiatives to senior-level management, executive team, and company as needed Benefits: Competitive salary Medical, dental, vision & stock options Flexible time off 401k plan
