Responsibilities:
• Act as Scrum master to multiple global scrum teams
• Responsible for maintaining the technology road map and delivering through scrum teams
• Represent the product delivery progress in various forums
• Generates weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on the road map progress
• Work with external teams like infrastructure, development, Global Testing Services in removing the roadblocks for the scrum team
• Coordinates with vendors and contractors for delivery
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
• A minimum of 7 years of technology experience.
• Must have 3 years’ experience in running Scrum teams
• Experience managing global teams
• Expertise in Agile process and setting up Scrum teams from scratch
• Azure ADO or JIRA or other Agile tools
• Certified Scrum Master (Preferred)
• Experience in supporting global teams
Education :
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or equivalent experience is required.
