Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies in the US, seeks an accomplished Remote Role [Bilingual customer Service Rep] – Rancho Cordova, CA.
** LOCATION: Fully Remote until Client site reopens in Rancho Cordova CA | 3130 Kilgore Road, Suite 400, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 (Candidate must reside within 25 miles of Rancho Cordova, CA.)
** DURATION: 6 Months +
** WORK SCHEDULE: 09:00 am 06:00 pm PST
** TRAINING: 4-5 Weeks
** START DATE: Feb 12, 2024

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- A Customer Service Specialist shall assist and educate Medi-Cal beneficiaries with selecting a managed health care plan.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: At least HS diploma / GED
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to learn and utilize software applications.
- Bilingual Skills: English and one of the following: Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Armenian, Cambodian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Tagalog, Thai, Laotian, Vietnamese.
- Preferred: 6 months Customer service experience preferred
- Previous experience with computers, phone systems, and headsets preferred.
