Revolution Prep nn nn The Opportunity nn nnRevolution Prep is looking to bring on a part-time IT Associate to assist with the growing demands and responsibilities of our IT Team. You will be assisting with day-to-day desktop support, along with system maintenance and larger IT projects like office setup and security initiatives.nn nnAs an IT Associate, you will coordinate with other teams to respond, research, and resolve a variety of user questions and system issues. You will oversee technical new hire set ups, address hardware/software issues, fulfill IT project requests, and handle ad-hoc technical support requests on weekends, as needed. Additionally, you may be asked to assist in the configuration of larger IT platforms to improve response and efficiency of the department and the company as a whole.nn nnWhile the regular responsibilities of this position are Desktop Support, it will also include the opportunity to learn and impact various new technologies and processes that have yet to be defined and implemented. Other potential projects and assignments may include MDM configuration, SSO configuration, defining hardware procurement policies, A/V system design/setup/maintenance, office builds and teardowns, etc.nn nn The Job nn Assist with all IT related inquiries or requests, including hardware/software issues and installations, and IT project requests. Prepare technical new hire setups to facilitate a smooth new hire on-boarding, coordinating with other departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support the technical off-boarding process as needed. Support the IT Team with other projects as needed which may include MDM configuration, SSO configuration, defining hardware procurement processes, etc. Help team members by solving computer, mobile device, application and access issues to allow them to work effectively Coordinates the escalation of technical problems to other IT areas when needed. nn The Candidate nn 1- 3 years of related experience providing customer service in a technological environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, encryption software and other PC based software applications Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, personal computer software set up and installation, and PC connectivity. In-depth knowledge of PC, printer, file servers, print servers and network operations. Knowledge of a variety of hardware, software, and operation systems. Basic knowledge of network protocols and some experience with computer applications and operating systems. Ability to work, prioritize and make decisions independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related technical field and/or a minimum of one (1) year of IT Support work experience Experience with Trello a plus.
