Customer Service Representative

Accentuate Staffing is actively recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for an organization based in Cary, NC In this role, you will be responsible for order processing, answering customer and internal inquiries, order management and order billing.

This position will require interaction with the customer, sales, and operations teams.

Responsibilities: Enter and maintain projects and transaction sales orders and change orders, verify that costs are correct, and report any discrepancies Provide order entry support per department process workflow and management.

Maintain and file all supporting project and sales order documents.

Update the customer on material orders and project statuses.

Review contract documentation in conjunction with sales order submissions and provide fully executed documentation to the customer.

Research and resolve issues regarding orders, including returned material and damaged freight resolutions.

Create invoices for distribution to customers.

Attend training classes as required by Management.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft software including, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel.

Sales Force experience preferred.

Effective communication skills including excellent oral and written communication skills.

Prefer Bachelors degree or a minimum of two years experience in customer service, account management, or sales administration.
