Our customer service team is the front line for assisting our brokers and providing the best service possible to our mutual insureds.

The team consists of insurance professionals who are knowledgeable and empowered to take action.Position Responsibilities:Answer a high volume of calls from brokers and insureds.Review policy details and billing history.Take payments while reviewing and processing change requests via phone, fax, or online.Position Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.2+ years of professional customer service experience required.Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.Previous insurance carrier, agency or call center experience a plus.Bilingual in Spanish required.Excellent communication skills.
