Pay Rate Range: $18/hr-$25/hr
Shift: M-F – 8AM-5PM
City: Los Angeles, CA
Job Description: Answering heavy phones, scheduling appointments, entering physician and patient notes, verifying insurance, referrals, and prescription refills. Heavy communications with Doctor, personnel and with patients on patient portals. Assist with patient check in and check out and other general administrative support duties.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years’ of experience in fast paced clinic or similar environment
- Experience answering heavy phones and scheduling patient appointments
- EMR experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
