Our customer service team is the front line for assisting our brokers and providing the best service possible to our mutual insureds.

The team consists of insurance professionals who are knowledgeable and empowered to take action.The hours of this position are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday during training.The normal working hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday – Friday and every other Saturday.Position Responsibilities:Answer a high volume of calls from brokers and insureds.Review policy details and billing history.Take payments while reviewing and processing change requests via phone, fax, or online.Position Qualifications:2+ years of professional customer service experience required.High school diploma or GED required.College degree or equivalent work experience.Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.Previous insurance carrier, agency or call center experience a plus.Bilingual in Spanish preferred.Excellent communication skills.Kemper is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
