IT Support Onsite in Los Angeles, CA 90017 Job Description IT Support offering in-person, on-phone and virtualremote support. – End-user equipment provisioning, installing, maintenance ndash smart phones, desktops, laptops, tablets, VoIP and POTS phones. – Printer management ndash local and network printer setup, install, troubleshooting – Audiovideo conferencing equipment support and maintenance. – Asset inventory management ndash procurement, assignment, retirement, disposal. – Troubleshooting and issue escalation. – Documentation and updating of Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) – End user training, including the creation of pre-recorded training videos. – Lift up to 40 lbs. – Valid Class C Driverrsquos license with a satisfactory driving record of no more than three moving violations and no DUIrsquos within the last three years.
