WafCharm (wafcharm.Com/en) Customer Service Representative is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf Cyber Security Cloud Inc.
Their duties include answering phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions, participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics and maintaining expert knowledge about our product, WafCharm or services to best help customers.
Providing introductory information about WafCharm to new customers Ensuring that customers are satisfied with WafCharm Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions Escalating queries and concerns to the correct team members Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service Working with other departments to find appropriate solutions Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Cancel or upgrade accounts.
