Currently we operate 10 Offices all around Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside County.Who We’re Looking ForWe are looking for both part-time and full-time Call Center Operators to join our awesome team in Los Angeles.

Our candidate must have a friendly demeanor with high energy, they must have a love for interacting with people, possess an inviting personality, have great customer service, be motivated, dependable, responsible and have a desire to help our patients.

If YOU are inspired to do good and improve the oral health of our community which in turn will improve the over all health of the patients as well, then this may be the career for you!Hours of Operation (needed)Weekday evenings from 3:00pm 8:00pm and Weekends from 10:00am-3:00pmPay: $16 to $18 per hour plus Bonus ($5 per completed appointment)We offers benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, and PTO, free Gym membership to our full time employees.ResponsibilitiesThe Call Center Operator takes calls from customers answering questions, scheduling appointments or addressing any concerns they may have.

Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.

Call Center Operators complete customer service tasks that ensure customers have the information and assistance they need and maintain the company’s positive reputation.

They often have the following responsibilities: Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concernsDe-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and supportCall clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policiesGuide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or servicesCollaborate with other call center professionals and training manager to improve customer serviceHelp to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policiesMost Call Center Operators are responsible for keeping records of information received in conversations and log it into the call center database.Skills and QualificationsDental knowledge is going to be helpfulStrong communication, both written and verbalGreat active listening skillsExceptional interpersonal and rapport building skillsA patient and empathetic attitudeStrong time management and organizational skillsAdaptability and flexibilityComfortable working in fast-paced environmentsTroubleshooting skills, either basic or advancedComputer literacyPhone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systemsIn-depth knowledge of a company’s products and/or servicesAbility to speak multiple languages, especially those common among callersEducationHigh School diploma or EquivalentPreferred if You Have:Experience in active call center environment Bilingual in Spanish and English, strongly preferred California Dental Group is an equal opportunity employer that does not tolerate discrimination in the workplace.
