Client Service – Call Center – NO SALES

Our client, a leader in innovative telecomm solutions, seeks good New Customer Support people to follow up on purchasers who have received a new telephone device  and walk them thru a simple installation.

The objective is to call new customers every day to say and ensure a correct connection is made

OUTBOUND NEW CUSTOMER SUPPORT CALLING ONLY — THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION

Requirements:

  • Shown customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
