Call Center Representative

**Remote call center representative opportunity****WILL BE ON SITE IN WOODLAND HILLS THE FIRST WEEK**We are looking for people who want to be apart of a call center team were you can work remotely once you have completed the training (1 week)**Pay:** 16.78/hr / If bilingual $18.12/hr**Location:** Woodland Hills for training (1 week)**Interview times:** 4/7- 4/9**Requirements:**+ Call Center exp- 6 months to 1 year+ High speed internet+ Quiet workspace at home to take calls+ GOOD ATTENDANCE**Job responsibilities:**Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performingactivities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjustingbills. Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claiminvestigation results and any planned adjustments. Refer unresolved customergrievances to designated departments for further investigation.
