Job Description

Position Summary

Energy firm that designs, manufactures and supplies proprietary cleantech energy saving and performance enhancing systems is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for Scheduling, Managing, Billing, Progress tracking, and estimating changes for the mechanical installation of a Material Handling Facility at LAX for the Day shift.

6am to 3pm.

Overtime when needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Work well in Team Oriented Environment
Manage daily reporting and weekly reporting requirements
Weekly schedule updates
Monthly billing projections and actuals
Monitor and track scope change
Monitor and track deliveries, coordinator deliveries to schedule
Assist in Scope change quotes
Work with safety to ensure proper training of labor force
Assist with manning project with projected workloads
Coordinate with the field crew and the safety department to maintain safe work sites and a properly trained work force
Manage subcontractors
Overall Document Control of changes, issues, and all other parts of the project
Weekly progress meetings with customer

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Write routine reports and correspondence.
MS Project, MS Word, Excel, Cad Viewer a plus
Education Requirements
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and 5-8 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

College degree or PMP preferred, but not required.
