Construction Superintendent

Job Summary Leeding Builders Group / AECOM is seeking a Construction Superintendent in New York City for our exciting construction projects.

Job Description: Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects.

Responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single area, multi-area or a multi-discipline construction project.

May be the primary client contact for all jobsite day to day activities, or may coordinate with clients resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned area of operations.

Responsibilities are to ensure assigned jobsite operations are in compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.

Interfaces with all other administrative field staff, field management staff and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort.

About Construction ManagementLeeding Builders Group (LBG) Leeding Builders Group (LBG) is a New York-based construction manager specializing in open shop commercial, residential and hospitality projects.

Founded on a reputation of professionalism and quality, with the financial backing of AECOM, we are one of New York City’s premier builders.

As a separately branded entity of the AECOM Construction Management group, LBG operates independently with its own management structures and resources.

Minimum Requirements BA/BS 4 years of demonstrated construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with a larger General Contractor (GC) in the vertical construction market.

Project experience to include high rise residential and/or hospitality.

BS/BA Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar curriculum.

Experience with construction management documentation Experience working on a large construction site Additional Information: This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.
