Job Description We are looking for an ELECTRONICS ASSEMBLER and TECHNICIAN for a labeling company in Fullerton, CA Location: Fullerton, CA 92833 Start date: ASAP (2 openings) About the company: Over 50 years ago, this manufacturer of labeling systems introduced a revolutionary new method for applying pressure-sensitive labels using labeling systems technology. The patented air-blow labeling systems concept provided the packaging industry with a preferred labeling equipment method of label application which eliminates the need for additional product handling via labeling systems & labeling equipment. This pioneering technique has gained complete acceptance and contributed to the widespread growth of pressure-sensitive labeling systems & labeling equipment in existing and new markets, worldwide. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent Capable of reading the work orders, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Able to read and understand documents and perform basic calculations Have an understanding of basics in electronics through education and schooling or is self-taught Navy/Military training is a plus RESPONSIBILITIES Analyzes inspection findings to determine the source of the problem, and recommend repair, replacement, or other corrective action. Repair control boards down to the component level Assembles electronic components, sub-assemblies, harness assemblies, soldering, swaging, crimping, wire stripping, harness assembly, connector installation. Wire prep, abrading, Etch, prime, pre-coat wires, and connectors. Provides on-site technical support to help troubleshoot and repair equipment. Coordinates problem resolution’s with engineering, customer service, distributors, and other personnel to expedite repairs. Will assist in Electro-Mechanical Assembly and troubleshoot Provide support to Production and Manufacturing with Electronic assembles Will perform other duties as assigned.
