Responsibilities Perform on-going assembly of x-ray detector module for external customer. Provide assembly, testing, record-keeping for research and development group. Perform assembly of small parts using adhesives, fasteners, and under stereo microscope Ability to assemble while using a stereo microscope is critical Work includes: epoxy mixing, use of epoxy applicator, measuring weight using digital scale, painting small parts while viewing under microscope Conduct x-ray testing using computer-controlled x-ray generator Perform other duties as assigned Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent education 2 years of equivalent experience Basic computer skills Ability to follow writeen work instructions for assembly process Ability to perform detailed hand work while viewing parts through a stereo microscope Ability to document work on paper traverls Ability to effectively read and speak English Maintain clean and organized work area Physical requirements: Ability to use hands to manipulate small parts while viewing them under stereo microscope Close vision and color vision are required Ability to use stereo microscope for extended periods during workday Company COVID-19 Vaccine Policy To comply with applicable government requirements, all U.S. employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they are entitled to and approved for a legal accommodation, in accordance with the Company’s COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.
