The Account Executive is a critical role within our Real Estate Sales team.

With lead generation assistance from the marketing team, the Account Executives are the ‘closers’, pitching and selling Captivate’s electronic screens and suite of products to property owners and building managers.

We’re looking for someone with excellent in-person and online presentation skills and proven success in negotiation and closing business deals.

You will become an expert in our product and eat, sleep, and breathe the Captivate brand.

**We’re looking for candidates located in either Los Angeles or Miami!** What You’ll Do: Develop a business plan and sales strategy for assigned territories that executes against a high-revenue growth imperativeCompile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads and proactively source cold leadsDevelop and nurture outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfactionManage an extensive portfolio of assigned accounts within your territoryPlan and execute against a revenue target for a portfolio of clients and prospectsAchieve and surpass annual sales goals; including generating new business and re-signing previous clients What You Bring:3 years of strategic selling experience that includes getting senior level meetings within client accountsExperience selling to real estate executives in multi-family, residential and/or commercial propertiesAn existing book of real estate clients/contacts (property managers, asset managers, etc.) is preferredDemonstrated success achieving & exceeding quarterly/annual sales targetsStrong communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skillsA demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated B2B relationshipsA willingness to call upon cold accounts and work on a high performing team of business development professionals The successful candidate will have a clear track record of excellence in several categories including:A strong passion for developing new businessA demonstrated ability to understand people and communicate clearlyResilience and strength of character; the determination to take risks and overcome failuresTeamwork and professionalism Why You Should Work at Captivate:Captivate offers a generous FTO (flexible time off) policy, matching 401k, commuter benefits & health insurance programs offered through Cigna.
