Whether you are just starting your career or in need of a challenge, we recognize, develop, and empower talent What you’ll be doing: The Stock Plan & Compensation Analyst will split time working on the administration of corporate equity programs as well analysis related to our compensation programs.
Primary duties will be assisting with the administration of the Company’s Equity Plans, ESPP, & Annual Incentive Plans.
Other duties will be assisting the overall Compensation function assisting with tasks such as evaluating job descriptions detailing role responsibilities and requirements, generating data and analyzing results of compensation surveys, and conducting market analysis of company jobs to settle competitive positioning of our payment programs.
Reporting to the Sr.
Director of Compensation, HRIS & Payroll you will support the administration of incentive, equity, and salary increase programs.
Assist in the administration of incentive and equity programs.
Assist with incoming inquiries regarding equity plans and compensation programs.
Evaluate, identify appropriate salary, and identify appropriate bonus program(s) for jobs.
Audit and enter data into our HRIS system (Workday) for quality assurance.
Complete benchmark survey submissions.
Maintain job descriptions.
Support the annual merit process.
Participate in the implementation of compensation programs.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our HRIS system.
Skills needed to be successful in this role: Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple tasks.
Proven demonstration of problem solving and analysis skills.
HRIS system experience preferred Workday experience is highly desired.
Consistent track record to operate independently with direction from senior management.
Ability to identify process improvement areas.
Ability to navigate and learn multiple systems.
Ability to gain knowledge of policies and procedures and ability to provide advice and counsel.
Ability to understand and analyze the impact of changing priorities and balance resources appropriately.
Understanding of tax and accounting as it relates to compensation functions.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a high level of aptitude in MS Excel.
An aptitude for building a culture of trust, integrity, and performance.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or other 4-year Degree from an accredited college or university.
1 years of experience working with Corporate Equity Programs, Investments, HR, Compensation, or Finance/Accounting field.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
