Administrative and Office Specialist IIIPay rate $20 hrDuties/Responsibilities:This position is responsible for daily activities associated with the accurate and timely invoicing and collection of eVA fees from agencies and vendors.

Performs Level I Customer Care for eVA Billing and Collections by responding either by phone or email to all customer inquiries and assisting with their billing related questions and documenting all inquiries in our customer billing tracking system.

Other duties include assisting eVA Billing and Collections Manager with contacting customers regarding their returned invoices or responding to requests for W-9’s or ACH requests.

Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience:Advanced skills with office automation products such as word processing, spreadsheets, email and internet browsers.Strong data analysis skills.Excellent communication skills resulting in positive, helpful oral and written communications with user agencies, vendors and fellow employees.Ability to function independently.Strong and demonstrated interpersonal skills Apply Today
