We’re looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to help us stay organized across a range of digital marketing efforts and campaigns.
This role provides coordination, communication, reporting and documentation support to multiple marketing project stakeholders including marketing campaign strategists, managers, and content creators.

Marketing Administrative Assistant Tasks and Responsibilities:
Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
Provide invoice reporting, processing, invoice liaison between vendors
Track payments and handle marketing vendor account queries
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Assist with project management and workflow delays
Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical various information
Distribute, create, and maintain reports for both internal (team) and external (vendor) optimization use – based on Analytics Team but as easy snapshots/dashboards
Vendor onboarding processes/activities – act as the go-between between vendor management teams, new vendors, and integrations
Generate, coordinate, and distribute project documentation
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives
Take accurate meeting notes
Marketing Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
At least 1 year of marketing assistant or coordination experience
Strong communication skills, both oral and written; ability to speak effectively and persuasively to groups and individuals
Great attention to detail and organization
A genuine interest in modern marketing tactics and best practices
Accountable and responsive to deadlines
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
