Overview: Job Summary: Allegis Group is currently seeking a full time corporate receptionist to join the corporate receptionist team at Allegis Group.
This position is a full time position answering a multi-phone line Cisco system.
The corporate receptionist will report into the Human Resources Department at Allegis Group.
Responsibilities: Essential Functions:Answer high volume phone calls, approximately 150 calls per dayForward calls to the appropriate persons or field officesAssist with covering lunches for other corporate receptionistsGreet employees, clients & vendorsAssist with issuing access badges to new employees Complete small projects when necessary Qualifications: Minimum Education and/or Experience:Experience working as a front desk receptionist for a large company preferredHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrior experience in an administrative or customer service position preferredExperience with a multi-line switchboard answering high volume callsSkills/Abilities:Demonstrated professionalism in appearance and in manner Excellent Communication skillsTeam playerCore Competencies:Customer ServiceBuilding RelationshipsBusiness Knowledge / Organizational AcumenSelf-Motivation/Self StarterLeading Self and Others
