The business support analyst will provide both business support and executive administrative support, including but not limited to: Participate in meetings and note takeaways and action items to support efficiency and accountability; Create a consistent project progress report to bundle all major updates and watch items.
Assist with strategic projects and the creation of presentations and analysis.
Required Skills 3 years administrative assistant support Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize daily tasks with project work as well as ad hoc requests.
Intermediate to Advanced level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the technology needed to facilitate meetings and share documents with senior leaders and support partners (Telepresence, WebEx, SharePoint, etc.) Excellent attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to work with high degree of independence, filling in gaps where needed Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong collaboration and partnering skills; ability to work across functions and processes with partners across the enterprise Professional integrity, confidentiality and team focus Desired Skills Ability to manage multiple calendars and take phone calls Ability to proactively look for potential conflicts or issues and resolve with little or no involvement from Executive(s) Knowledge of the Bank systems and processes Strong time management skills Familiar with travel reservations and expense reporting process and systems Advanced verbal and written communication skills with senior leaders Proven track record of proactively, and independently, organizing with an ability to anticipate next steps and possible issues while working to effectively resolve issues Knowledgeable of the Banks business lines, operations, organizational structure, senior executives, etc.
