Job DescriptionOur growing company is looking for customer support represented.

Working hand in hand with our sales team after the sale has been made to make sure the customer has a easy transition.

We are looking for someone who is very detail oriented and always ready to take on more.

You will be onboarding customers, making sure their prior polices are canceled, online accounts are set up accurately, payments are received, making sure inspections are taken care of and following up at renewals to set appointments for reviews.
